This class is for women only

This is a 2 hour class held once a month for women who are interested in keeping fit and healthy during pregnancy or who have questions to ask about the changes occurring to their body.

This class is facilitated by a physiotherapist who specialises in pregnancy related issues. During the class, you will explore:

  • Changes and discomforts of pregnancy
  • Back and pelvic pain: management strategies
  • Exercises to help you stay fit and feel good in pregnancy, including a gentle exercise session
  • Pelvic floor muscle function
  • Fitness and exercise guidelines
  • Opportunity for questions and discussion

 

Cost: $25.00 OR discounted to $10 if booked with another program*
