Get Healthy in Pregnancy is a free phone coaching program for all pregnant women in NSW. Qualified health coaches including Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists can help you to reach your personal lifestyle goals during pregnancy, including:

  1. Eating healthy foods
  2. Getting active and staying active
  3. Healthy weight gain during pregnancy
  4. Not drinking alcohol when you are pregnant or breastfeeding
  5. Staying healthy after your baby is born
