Youth Health services are funded by NSW Health and are currently provided to young people aged 12-24 years, who are connected to the WSLHD catchment area.
The primary target group for service provision is young people who are marginalised, disadvantaged or at risk, with a particular focus on young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
We take a strengths based, harm minimisation approach that is respectful and supportive of clients taking responsibility for their health care and making decisions accordingly.
All services provided by Youth Health are FREE.
A free confidential health care interpreter service is available, including AUSLAN interpreters. Please let one of our team know if you would like us to arrange an interpreter for you.
Young people’s personal information is collected and held securely by Youth Health in accordance with privacy law. Please ask staff if you would like more information about this and our duty of care.
