The patient experience rating is calculated from the responses our patients, carers and families give to the “My Experience Matters” survey. The questions cover topics that are important to you, such as involvement in care and kindness and respect.
If you have been a child or young person (patient), carer or family member at Youth Health (High Street Youth Health Service, Western Area Adolescent Team or Thriving Families NSW), we want to know what matters to you.
It only takes a few minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous. If you have visited more than one Youth Health service, you can take the survey for each service you have visited.
