Changing the Mindset: Women from a NESB with Disability in Business Services Project Report 2003
This report focuses on women from non-English speaking backgrounds with disabilities who work in business services across NSW. The authors used interviews and focus groups with management, staff and employees to gain an insight into the experiences of women working in business services. The issues identified by the project include a lack of opportunity for women workers to participate in the decision-making processes within their organisations and the need for rights-based model of workplace education and training for employees with a disability.

Employed Women from African Communities Final Project Report 2006-2009
The Employed Women from African Communities Project conducted research into employment and occupational issues for refugee women from African countries in Australia. The research aimed to provide an understanding of the scope and type of employment the women undertake, the issues that arise in their place of employment, the impact of employment on their family life, their current health concerns and employer issues that may arise following migration to Australia.
