If you have any questions or are concerned about your treatment in hospital or in the community, I encourage you to discuss these concerns with the nurse, doctor, or other health professional involved in your care. They may be able to resolve your issues immediately or they can refer you to a more senior member of staff.
Alternatively, you can contact the Patient Experience Manager who brings staff and patients together in an effort to resolve any issues they may have regarding the provision of care they receive at Westmead Hospital.

We value your contributions at all levels of the organisation and encourage you to become a Consumer Representative which gives you an empowered and coordinated voice when decisions are made for the local community.
