Sexual health checkup

A doctor or nurse will ask you questions to determine what kind of care you need. This includes questions about your health, and any sex or risk you've had recently.

Screening for HIV and sexually transmissible infections is simple and easy. A sexual health checkup may include:

  • blood tests
  • urine and swab tests (you can collect your own swabs)
  • genital examination.

Your results

We will ask you to make another appointment if we need to discuss your results. Otherwise, no news is good news!

You can always call or request for the results to be delivered by your preferred contact method.

Follow-up appointment

If you need treatment or vaccination, a doctor or nurse will organise a follow-up appointment for you.

Any questions?

We want to offer you the best possible service. Please call us during opening hours to discuss any questions or concerns.
