We offer testing, support and treatment/management of sexually transmissible infections (STIs) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

Parramatta & Mount Druitt clinics

All services at our Parramatta and Mount Druitt clinics are free and confidential. No Medicare card is required.

We offer:

  • testing and treatment for sexually transmissible infections (STIs), HIV and Hepatitis B & C
  • HIV management, care and support
  • Pre and Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP and PEP) for people at risk of HIV
  • contact tracing
  • social work support and case management
  • information and advice about sexual health and STIs
  • Hepatitis A and B vaccinations. We provide these for free to people who are most at risk
  • free condoms and lubricant.

Thursday Late Clinic

Our Parramatta Clinic is open from 4pm until 7:30pm every Thursday for people who can't attend during business hours. All services offered at the clinic are free and confidential.

Chinese Clinic

Our Chinese Clinic is for Mandarin-speaking people who work in the sex industry.

This free and confidential service is available every Wednesday at our Parramatta Clinic.

Secondary Needle and Syringe Program outlet

The Needle and Syringe Program (NSP) is a free and confidential program that provides a range of sterile injecting equipment in settings such as over the counter, automatic vending machines, internal dispensing chutes and outreach.

Our Parramatta Clinic is a secondary NSP outlet that provides a limited amount of injecting equipment, a sharps disposal service and facilitates referrals to primary NSP outlets.

Social work

Our social workers support people with sexual health related issues and concerns like:

  • adjusting to, and living with HIV, HEP B & C, STIs
  • sexuality and/or gender
  • PEP and PrEP
  • sex work
  • relationships.

We offer emotional support to our patients during challenging times or times of crisis. We also provide case management, education, advocacy and referral to services such as mental health and drug health.
