We have made some changes to our service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please phone to speak to our phone triage nurse to make an appointment. We do NOT have a walk-in clinic.

All people in the LGAs of concern need to have a negative COVID test result in the 72 hours (3 days) before their appointment.

Please do not attend your appointment if you have any symptoms of COVID. Phone and reschedule your appointment.

Our phones can be very busy, if you can't get through, please try again.

Western Sydney Sexual Health Centre (WSSHC) is a public sexual health service funded by NSW Health based in Parramatta with a second site located in Mt Druitt. The Centre provides free and confidential testing, support, treatment and management of sexually transmissible infections (STIs) and HIV. Interpreter services are available for those who require them. No Medicare card required.

We offer a specialised sexual health service to:

  • People living with HIV/AIDS
  • Gay and other men who have sex with men
  • Trans and gender diverse people
  • Sex workers
  • People who inject drugs
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • People with STI-related symptoms
  • People who had sexual contact with someone with HIV or STI

If you are not included in any of the above groups, you may be referred to a General Practitioner (GP) or another service.

Please call 9843 3124 (Parramatta) or 9881 1206 (Mt Druitt) during opening hours to make an appointment.
