Common nutrition related complaints during pregnancy


  • Eat a wide range of vegetables, fruit and whole grains
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday
  • Keep active


  • Have a small snack such as dry crackers or toast before getting up in the morning
  • Eat small meals more often rather than large meals
  • Avoid spicy or greasy foods
  • Drink water between meals


  • Don’t lie down straight after eating
  • Avoid spicy of greasy foods, fruit juice and caffeine
  • Eat smaller meals more often rather than large meals
