Positive Birth and Parenting Workshops weeknight

The Positive Birth and Parenting Workshop is held in the evening and consists of six sessions held one evening a week for six weeks. Each class runs for two hours, 6:45 pm - 9:00 pm and includes a supper break. The sessions are held on various nights of the week (Monday – Friday) to suit your schedule. The first three sessions cover labour and birth, and there are three sessions on starting out with baby, parenting and breastfeeding. This interactive workshop will be presented face to face in the education block at Westmead Hospital.
