All long term tenants must pay six weeks deposit within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
This amount is fully refundable on vacating (with four weeks notice) providing units are left spotless, there is no damage and keys are returned.
This amount may not be put against rent payments.
All rent must be fully paid by the vacated date.
Tenants are expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in their unit at all times.
