Westmead Hospital has three paid car parks for patients and visitors:

Tickets
All visitors, carers and patients must take a ticket on entry to the car parks.
Visitors should press the button at the boom gate on entry and take a ticket.
Visitors paying for car parking via cash/EFTPOS must pay at the ticket machines (see map for locations) BEFORE returning to their vehicle.
Credit card payment is available at the boom gate. Visitors should insert their ticket and follow the prompts.
For issues with ticket validation, feel free to contact Secure Parking on 8890 3793 or press the intercom at the boom gate.
NB: patients presenting for cancer treatment should take their parking ticket to the reception desk at the Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre for validation.

Public transport
Train services
Westmead Train Station is serviced by the Western and Cumberland lines.
Westmead Train Station is 250 metres from the hospital and is approximately an 8 minute walk. To walk to the hospital, exit the station onto Railway Parade, turn right at Hawkesbury Road and walk to the traffic lights at Darcy Road. Westmead Hospital is on the corner of Hawkesbury and Darcy Roads.
Parramatta Train Station is serviced by the Western and Cumberland and lines.
The hospital is a 5 minute bus trip away using T-Way buses T61–T66 which depart from the Parramatta Train Station Interchange at Stand B4. The bus stops at Darcy Road.
Westmead and Parramatta train stations are both wheelchair accessible. For more information visit the Transport NSW Info website
T-Way bus services
T-Way Buses T61–T66 stop outside the hospital on Darcy Road. It is then a short walk to the main entrance to the hospital.
T-Way Buses offer wheelchair accessible services at limited times. Please visit the Transport NSW Info website or look for the accessible symbol to identify these services.

Direct taxi telephones are provided at each entrance to the hospital - emergency, outpatients, main entrance and the dental school.

Cycling options include on-road cycling on Hawkesbury Road and off road cycling through Parramatta Park.
