Welcome to Integrated and Community Health (ICH)
Integrated and Community Health (ICH) is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of people in Western Sydney. We offer services beyond hospitals, supporting people at every stage of life. Our services include health education, early help, promoting health, preventing illness, and providing coordinated clinical care.
Our services include wound care, palliative care, foot care (podiatry), counselling, occupational therapy, Child and Family Health, Violence Prevention, Aboriginal Health, Youth Health, Hospital at Home, and Urgent Care. We also have programs for managing diabetes and preventing violence, abuse, and neglect.
ICH also focuses on engaging with the community to address different health needs. We work with the community through public health promotion, multicultural health projects, and Health Care Interpreter Services.
