Munch & Move (Centre-based)

Munch & Move helps early childhood educators encourage healthy eating and physical activity in children. Children learn movement skills and healthy eating through a fun, play-based approach. These habits set them up for a healthy, happy life.

family day care
Munch & Move (Family Day Care)

Munch & Move is already available through 120 Family Day Care providers in Western Sydney. Why not join us? As a Munch & Move service, you will have a support officer who will provide resources and training.

OOSH image
Out of School Hours Care (OOSH)

Before and after school care is a great place for children to learn healthy behaviours. Our program helps OOSH services provide healthy foods, increase physical activity and decrease small screen recreation.

Supported Playgroups

NSW Health have made recommendations and resources for playgroups (including supported playgroups). The resources encourage healthy eating, physical activity, reduced small screen recreation time and oral health. 

StEPS (Statewide Eyesight Preschooler Screening) program

StEPS is a vision service that offers free eye sight tests to preschool children to make sure they can see well. StEPS targets preschools and child care centres in our local area.
