Munch & Move helps early childhood educators encourage healthy eating and physical activity in children. Children learn movement skills and healthy eating through a fun, play-based approach. These habits set them up for a healthy, happy life.
- Munch & Move (Family Day Care)
Munch & Move is already available through 120 Family Day Care providers in Western Sydney. Why not join us? As a Munch & Move service, you will have a support officer who will provide resources and training.
Out of School Hours Care (OOSH)
Before and after school care is a great place for children to learn healthy behaviours. Our program helps OOSH services provide healthy foods, increase physical activity and decrease small screen recreation.
- Supported Playgroups
NSW Health have made recommendations and resources for playgroups (including supported playgroups). The resources encourage healthy eating, physical activity, reduced small screen recreation time and oral health.
