The GradStart program at Blacktown Mt Druitt Hospital offers recent graduates with an excellent opportunity to cultivate fundamental skills in an acute care environment. This encompasses acquiring clinical expertise in surgical, medical, perioperative and critical care fields as well as developing proficiency in time management and medication administration.
