Clinical Practice Improvement Training (CPI)

The CPI methodology provides a framework for clinicians to review, identify and understand causes of problems or issues adversely affecting patients and design solutions to continuously improve processes of patient care.

This course is aimed at staff who would like to improve quality of care delivered and improve patient outcomes.

The Clinical Excellence Commission (CEC) provides CPI training to front line clinicians in conjunction with Clinical Governance.
