You can arrange for training on any information and research related topic including:
- Beginner and advanced searching using specific databases such as Medline and Pubmed
- Using CIAP (the Clinical Information Access Portal)
- Developing an effective search strategy
- Identifying resources for evidence based practice
- Endnote
- Keeping up to date
Sessions can be tailored for individuals or groups to meet your information needs in the wards, do a presentation on your research days or step you through a clinical problem in your journal club.

Literature searches
Library staff can assist by conducting literature searches on your behalf or by helping you construct an effective search strategy. Contact the Library to arrange an individual consultation or fill in a Literature search request form.
