Auburn Community Health Centre

Auburn Community Health Centre provides a range of services in the Auburn area to children, young people, adults and older people. Community Health staff work in partnership with schools, GPs, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide care at the Community Health Centre, in people’s homes or in other venues, such as Early Childhood (Baby Health) Centres and Aged Day Centres.


Clients must live, work or attend school/preschool in the Auburn local government area

Eligibility Age Range

For Child and Family Health Nursing, Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services, children must be aged under 8 years

For Hearing screening, children must be aged between 3 and 12 years

For people with chronic and complex health conditions – no age restrictions
