Your Rights and Responsibilities

Your Rights and Responsibilities as a patient, carer or community member of the Western Sydney Local Health District

Patient Accounts

As a private patient all services are charged to the private health fund by the hospital for client reimbursement and all public patients are covered unless they would like to be seen by their personal doctor -- which the patient will self fund and pay beforehand.

Admission and Discharge

All admissions are taken via the front desk at both facilities.

The hospital aims to have patients discharged by 10am

This may not always be the case so short stays in the hospital discharge unit may occur.

Assistance in collecting patients by this time is appreciated.
