The patient experience rating is calculated from the responses our patients, carers and families give to the “My Experience Matters” survey. The questions cover topics that are important to you, such as involvement in care and kindness and respect. If you have been a patient, carer or family member at Auburn Hospital, we want to know what matters to you.
It only takes a few minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous. If you have visited more than one area of the hospital, you can take the survey for each area you have visited.
