Please note that Lottie Stewart Hospital is due to close in June 2012, following a request from Wesley Mission for Western Sydney Local Health District to vacate the site.
The management and staff of Lottie Stewart Hospital recognise the need to manage the closure and relocation of residents with compassion and dignity and are committed to this and the continuing service provision of excellent service and quality care until the day of closure. Residents are being relocated to nearby nursing homes in consultation with their families/ carers throughout 2011 to June 2012.
Negotiations are underway for the relocation of the Huntington’s Disease facility to an alternative site in the local area.
